Dear Friends of the Mitta Community, On behalf of the Friends of the Mitta committee, I warmly invite you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) Date: Thursday 12th of February Time: 7.00 pm. Location: Online via Teams meeting link As our river community is spread far and wide, and to ensure accessibility for everyone, this year’s AGM will be held online. The AGM is an opportunity to reflect on the past year, share what we’ve achieved together, outline plans for the future, and invite members of our community to have a voice in the direction of Friends of the Mitta. Attendance is open to all interested supporters, including members, volunteers, donors, and followers of our Facebook page. While no one is required to take on a role or speak, this meeting ensures transparency, meets our governance obligations, and offers the opportunity for anyone who wishes to contribute, vote, or nominate for a committee position. To attend, registration is essential so that we can provide you with the Teams meeting link and record attendance. Please register by emailing: When registering, include your name and preferred email address. Committee Nominations: Nominations for committee positions close on 5th February and can be sent electronically.
